Introduction
In this article, you will learn how to locate the Pamoja Semester Reports, Term Grades, and Engagement Ratings via SBC or a student’s account.
Please note the Pamoja semester reports, Term Grade reports and Engagement Rating reports can be located via the same path.
Who can access the Pamoja Semester report, Term Grades reports, and Engagement Rating reports?
Site-based coordinator(SBC) and students.
Where can SBC and students access the Pamoja Semester report, Term Grades reports, and Engagement Rating reports?
Site-based Coordinator (SBC) and students can access the reports both via their Pamoja accounts and their School ManageBac accounts. Students also have access to all published reports via their Pamoja student account.
How to access my Pamoja account?
Your Pamoja account can be accessed by logging in via the following link, using a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser:

The following instructions explain how to locate Pamoja Reports as a Site-based Coordinator (SBC) and a student via the Pamoja ManageBac account and the school's ManageBac account.

Pamoja Account - Site-based Coordinator (SBC) Access
1. Log in to the Pamoja account. From the left-hand side navigation menu, click the round icon with the name initials.
2. You can see a list of your students. Select the necessary student.
3. Click ‘Academic Profile’ on the left-hand menu.
4. The system will lead you to the student’s academic profile. Click the ‘Reports’ button.
5. Here you will be able to locate all published Semester Reports, Engagement Ratings, and Term Grades. By clicking on the relevant report, it will be downloaded as a PDF.
Pamoja Account - Student’s Access
1. Log in to the Pamoja account. Click the round icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click ‘Manage Your Profile‘.
3. Scroll down to the ‘Reports’ section. Select the term that you would like to check. Please be aware the default term is the current term. Then you can locate the Pamoja Semester Reports, other published Engagement Ratings, and Term Grades reports.
School ManageBac Account - Site-based Coordinator (SBC) Access
1. Log into your School ManageBac account. Navigate to the toggle which is found at the top right of your screen.
2. Select ‘School Directory’ from the options.
3. Enter the student's name in the search bar, and select the student from the directory.
4. You will be led to the student’s profile page, click the ‘Profile’ tab.
5. Scroll down to the ‘Pamoja Reports’ section. Select the term that you would like to check. Please be aware the default term is the current term. Then you can locate the Pamoja Semester Reports, other published Engagement Ratings, and Term Grades reports.
6. By clicking the button on the right-hand side, you can view the document by clicking the ‘Preview’ button. You can also download it to your computer as a PDF by clicking ‘Download’.
School ManageBac Account - Student’s Access
1. Log in to your School ManageBac account. Click the round icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click ‘Manage Your Profile‘.
