If you are having trouble with logging into your Pamoja account, there are a number of things you can do:
1) If you have a username and password, but your log in is not working, please try the following:
a) Clear your cookies and cache. Instructions here.
b) Try logging in using a BRAND NEW incognito browsing window, make sure there are no other incognito windows open.
c) Reset your password. Instructions on how to do so are here.
If your log in is still not working, please contact School Services by emailing email@example.com
2) Connection error or page is blocked
Sometimes Pamoja sites might be blocked by your school administrator, or by your school's internet protection software. In this case, you will need to speak to your school IT team and request that any sites associated with Pamoja be unblocked so that you can access them.
