If you are having trouble with logging into your Pamoja account, please follow these actions:
If you're unable to log in with your username and password, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
a) Clear your browser cookies and cache.
b) Try logging in using an incognito browsing window. Make sure there are no other incognito windows open.
c) Enter the platform directly: May - https://poc-may.managebac.com/login November - https://poc-november.managebac.com/login
d) To reset your password, click on the appropriate link: May- https://poc-may.managebac.com/reset-password/new November - https://poc-november.managebac.com/reset-password/new
e) If you haven't received an email regarding your attempted password reset, please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.
If your credentials are still not working after trying the steps listed above, please reach out to the Pamoja School Services by emailing courses@pamojaeducation.com
2) Connection error or page is blocked
If you are unable to access Pamoja sites due to blocking by your school administrator or internet protection software, please take the proactive step of reaching out to your school's IT department. Request that they whitelist Pamoja sites so that you can access them without any restrictions. Please see our Technical Requirements Guide below for reference:
