If you are having trouble with logging into your Pamoja account, please follow these actions:
1) If you have a username and password, but your login is not working, please try the following:
a) Clear your cookies and cache. Instructions here.
b) Try logging in using an incognito browsing window, make sure there are no other incognito windows open.
c) Reset your password. Instructions on how to do so are here.
If your credentials are still not working, please reach out to the Pamoja School Services Team by emailing email@example.com
2) Connection error or page is blocked
Pamoja sites might be blocked by your school administrator, or by your school's internet protection software. In this case, you will need to speak to your school's IT department and request that any sites associated with Pamoja are whitelisted so that you can access them.
