My Video/Camera Isn't Working
Troubleshooting Tips for PC:
1. Make sure that all other programs that utilize the camera are not using the camera or are closed.
2. Restart your computer. 3. Uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from the Zoom Download Center.
4. Visit your device's support and downloads page to update the camera driver. Windows 10 has a privacy feature that may block Zoom from using the camera.
Troubleshooting Tips for Mac:
1. Make sure that all other programs that utilize the camera, such as Photo Booth and Facetime, are closed.
2. Restart your computer.
3. If the camera still does not work in Zoom after restarting, check if the camera works in a Mac app, such as Photo Booth or Facetime.
· If it works elsewhere, uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from the Zoom Download Center.
· If it does not work in any application, contact Apple Support.

PC, Mac or Linux:
Zoom provides a pop-up notification when there is a new Mandatory or Optional update within 24 hours of logging in.

How do I change my language on Zoom?
You can change the language displayed by Zoom on your Zoom client and the Zoom website. The following languages are supported for Zoom clients:
Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
English
French
German
Japanese
Portuguese
Russian
Windows:
Select the ^ in the Windows task bar on the bottom right of your desktop
Right click the Zoom icon in the notification tray
Hover over Switch Languages.
Select the desired language.
Zoom will restart, and you will need to sign in again.
Mac:
Right click or option-click on the Zoom icon in your dock.
Hover over Switch Languages.
Choose the language you want Zoom to be in.
Confirm that you want to change the language.
Zoom will restart and now be in the language of your choice.
Linux:
Open the Zoom Application and sign in.
Click the Green/Red dot next to your name on the Home tab.
Select Switch Languages and choose the desired language.
This will close the Zoom application and when you reopen it, it will be in the desired language.
How do I log into Zoom?
You will not be required to log onto the Zoom application.
