When will the End of Year One Exam take place?
Time: Weeks 29, 30, and 31 of Term 4 (three-week period).
The End of Year One Exam takes place in Term 4 of the course during a three-week period which covers weeks 29, 30, and 31.

How does the school know the exact date of the End of Year One Exam?
Schools can choose any day and time during the exam period(Weeks 29, 30, 31 of Term 4) for their students to sit their exam and need to make the necessary arrangements.
The exams can be supervised either by a Site-based Coordinator (SBC), a Diploma Programme Coordinator (DPC), or a designated school member.
What if the exam can not be held during the designated period?
If any circumstances beyond the school’s or the student’s control may prevent them from administering or sitting the exam during the designated 3-week exam window, Pamoja School Services need to be contacted immediately at courses@pamojaeducation.com
How does the school know the details of the End of Year One Exam?
In Week 23: Schools will be notified by email about timings and the number of papers that students will be required to take per subject.
In Week 27: Further information specific to each subject, as well as exam administration guidelines and exam papers, are sent to schools.
What should the school do after the exam completion?
Within 24 hours of exam completion, the SBC needs to scan the completed exam papers and send them by email to the student's Pamoja teacher of record.
