Pamoja students are expected to fully participate in their courses to the best of their ability, regardless whether your school is following the exam or the non-exam route. This will help Pamoja teachers provide accurate internal Pamoja grades and IB Predicted Grades.
Pamoja Predicted Grades process:
- 29th August – Pamoja teacher deadline to submit IB Predicted Grades based on the whole body of work a student has produced for a subject for internal subject specific review. A Predicted Grade cannot be allocated until the teacher has received a complete IA by this deadline.
- 30th August – 10th September – internal subject specific review by subject specialists and Pamoja administration.
- 11th September – 22nd September – internal Pamoja process categorising and redistributing PGs from each subject to spreadsheets for each individual school.
- 25th - 29th September – all schools to receive Predicted Grades spreadsheet by email from School Services.
As explained by the IB, this change in process only applies to predicted grades, Pamoja will still be responsible for the upload of all coursework.
In previous years, Pamoja teachers and School Services managed requests from schools for Predicted Grades. Due to the change in process, please note that only School Services will be able to provide Predicted Grades in accordance with the timetable outlined above.
