If you are experiencing difficulties logging in to your Pamoja account, please follow the steps below.
1. Check your browser
Before resetting your password, try the following:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Open a new incognito/private browsing window and try logging in again
- Ensure no other incognito windows are open
You may also try accessing the login page directly via the official Pamoja login link (https://pamojaeducation.instructure.com/login/canvas).
2. Reset your password
If you are unable to log in using your email address and password:
- Go to the Pamoja login page

Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your registered email address

Click “Request Password”
- You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the password reset.
Please note: The email may come from an automated notifications address and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email.
3. Connection error or page is blocked
If you are unable to access Pamoja sites due to blocking by your school administrator or internet protection software, please take the proactive step of reaching out to your school's IT department. Request that they whitelist Pamoja sites so that you can access them without any restrictions. Please see our Technical Requirements Guide below for reference:
4. If login is still not working
If your credentials continue to fail after making the above attempts, please contact the Pamoja School Services team at courses@pamojaeducation.com.
