A really great way to test a problem on any website, is to the an 'Incognito' or 'Private' browser window (Incognito is Chrome only), Private window is most other browsers.
Incognito or Private windows serve a purpose of allowing you to go to a website as though you have never been before i.e. it is your first time. Your browser doesn't look at your history of previous use, or whether you have stored a password in the system. It makes you do it as a fresh start.
The reason for using this, is that if something works in one of these windows, then it means that something in your computer history is stopping you work normally, in which case - you need to clear your browsing history and start again. This can resolve a lot of problems quickly and simply.
To access these windows, I have put the following examples below: -
Chrome
Internet Explorer
Safari
Firefox
When you load a page in any of these forms, you will find that it shows often with a different colour to normal along the top (Windows), or will indicate it is a private window.
