In order to help us look into and resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, it's really useful to include the following information in your request:
1) You, or the persons involved, full name(s)
2) The course the issue relates to
3) Where relevant, the week number and assignment name
4) Full details of the problem including any actions you have taken to try to resolve it.
5) Screenshots of the issue. It is really helpful for us to see what is on your screen to better understand the issue so please include screenshots where possible.
