Following communication from the International Baccalaureate (IB) sent on 11th February 2022 regarding the submission of Predicted Grades for the M2022 cohort, please see the process for students taking a May 2022 Pamoja Online Course.
Pamoja students are expected to fully participate in their courses to the best of their ability. This will help Pamoja teachers provide accurate internal Pamoja grades and IB Predicted Grades.
Pamoja Predicted Grades process
- 20th March – Pamoja teacher deadline to submit IB Predicted Grades based on the whole body of work a student has produced for a subject for internal subject specific review
- 20th– 27th March – internal subject specific review by subject specialists and Pamoja administration
- 28th March – 5th April – internal Pamoja process categorising and redistributing PGs from each subject to spreadsheets for each individual school – over 480 schools
- 6th April – 12th April – all schools to receive Predicted Grades spreadsheet by email from School Services
As explained by the IB, this change in process only applies to Predicted Grades, Pamoja will still be responsible for the upload of all coursework.
In previous years, Pamoja teachers and School Services managed requests from schools for Predicted Grades. Due to the change in process, please note that only School Services will be able to provide Predicted Grades in accordance with the timetable outlined above.
The delivery of Predicted Grades to individual schools via email is a significant change in process for Pamoja and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we follow the steps outlined to ensure the accuracy and rigour of the grades provided to you.
