May 2022 Exam Session Pamoja Submission Timeline

Important submission dates for May 2022 exam session:

15^th January - eCoursework upload screens open on IBIS 

15^th March - Early Components submission deadline (Extended Essay, TOK Essay, English A Language and Literature HL Essay) - done by Pamoja
20^th March - Pamoja internal deadline for teachers to upload students' IAs along with teacher marking comments and criteria marks document and consent statements to their subject folder in May 2022 IA SharePoint folder

20^th March – Pamoja teacher deadline to submit IB Predicted Grades (PGs) based on the whole body of work a student has produced for a subject for internal subject specific review

20^th – 27^th March – Internal subject specific review by subject specialists and Pamoja administration

28^th March – 5^th April – Internal Pamoja process categorising and redistributing PGs from each subject to spreadsheets for each individual school

6^th April – 12^th April – All schools to receive Predicted Grades spreadsheets by email from School Services

20^th March – 10^th April – Pamoja teachers upload all IAs and EAs on the IBIS eCoursework to be externally assessed

20^th April - IB deadline to upload all IAs to eCoursework, this year Predicted Grades will be submitted on IBIS by schools

30 April - IB deadline to upload Film Textual Analysis and Comparative Study to eCoursework

Please note this year due to the ongoing covid adaptations and dual examination route still in place the International Baccalaureate decided that schools will submit Predicted Grades for their Pamoja students on IBIS. Predicted Grades will be delivered to individual schools by Pamoja School Services via email.  

In previous years, Pamoja teachers and School Services managed requests from schools for Predicted Grades. Due to the change in process, please note that only School Services will be able to provide Predicted Grades in accordance with the timetable outlined above. As explained by the IB, this change in process only applies to Predicted Grades, Pamoja will still be responsible for the upload of all coursework.
