Pamoja Online Courses seats can be reserved prior to your official course registrations. Your Business Development Consultant will be able to create a Provisional Booking Form and Quote to show how many seats you wish to reserve for your school.
What is a Provisional Booking Form?
A Provisional Booking Form is a document which lists the number of subjects, levels and seats you intend to register for an upcoming academic year. It allows you to reserve seats prior to your official course registrations being made via ManageBac.
It also helps our Academic and Admissions teams to plan what support is needed in the lead up to the start of the academic year.
We understand students may change their minds and you may wish for edits to be made. Please let your consultant know if you wish to make any changes.
Year One tuition fees will be shown on the document. As we invoice on a year-on-year basis, we will not show the Year Two tuition fees in this document. If you would like to check what the fees are for Year Two of the course, please ask your consultant.
No charges are added at the Provisional Booking Form stage. Charges only apply when you register the student formally on the system via ManageBac.
Please be aware we can only reserve seats in our DP1 classes prior to the start of the academic year.
What information does my Pamoja consultant need?
To be able to create an Provisional Booking Form, your representative will need:
- Subject
- Levels
- Seat number per subject
- Confirmation of the exam cohort
If you need to make any changes, please get in touch with your consultant. We may not need to send out another order form, but we can send a replacement if you prefer.
How will the Provisional Booking Form be sent?
Your consultant will create the form using AdobeSign. Please let them know if the form should be sent to an alternative recipient, or if this needs to be sent to several parties. We are unable to add parents or students as signees due to our relationship being with the school.
Please be aware that the email will not be sent by your consultant’s email address. Therefore, we recommend that you check your spam and junk folders in case your software files the document incorrectly.
I’ve signed the document, what happens next?
All parties included on the Provisional Booking Form will receive a copy of the signed document. Your consultant will inform our Admissions team of the signed document, and your seats will be reserved until the official start date. Please be aware the seats are only reserved, and this is not an official registration.
