To monitor grades and feedback, first enter the platform. Please login via http://login.pamojaeducation.com/ and select ‘For Site-based Coordinators (SBC)’ and the log in option under ‘Pamoja Taught’ if you are an SBC.
On the landing page, select the tile 'Current Year 1 and 2 courses'.
This will open a new window, providing access to all student enrolled courses:
Select the required course, i.e. 'M2020 Psychology HL Y1', and select grades (via 'grades' listed to the left). This will allow users to cycle through enrolled students, giving a drop down of all unit activities, scores and Teacher feedback:
This page will list 'Term Grade'(s), and access to 'Teacher Written Report'(s), 'Show all details' will provide a breakdown of all listed components:
Alternatively, you may export student Grades and Course Engagement by selecting 'Students' Progress' on the landing page:
You will then be prompted to select the required cohort, this will populate a list of all enrolments in the chosen cohort. To export Grades and Course Engagement, adjust the 'Week' to 'All weeks' and select 'export to CSV file':
The CSV file is an excel workbook, detailing each Student's awarded Term Grades and Engagement ratings.
