Site-based Coordinators (SBCs) can amend student details in the Pamoja Student Information System (SIS). Please can you also ensure that School Services team is informed of any changes to student's email addresses so that any previous correspondence can be re-sent to the correct email address and we can also ensure that all systems are up to date with the correct information.
SBCs are able to do this via the following steps:
1) Log into your account and select 'student information system' from the dashboard
2) When prompted, select 'login'
3) Select the 'students' tab at the top of the page
4) Select the student you need to change information for. In this example, the student is named 'Alice Demo'.
5) In the menu above, select 'edit information'
6) Change the relevant details, scroll to the bottom and click 'save'.
